Straight answers
Do I have to upload anything?
No. We watch the live broadcast, so there is nothing to hand us and no VOD to wait for. That is also why the cut has to happen while you are streaming.
Whose account do the clips post to?
Yours. You connect your own channels with OAuth and we publish to them. We never create, hold or operate an account on your behalf.
What if I do not stream for a while?
Nothing posts, and nothing is wasted. Clips only come from streams, so a quiet week costs you a subscription and produces no clips.
Can I see a clip before it goes out?
Yes. You approve every clip, or switch on auto-approve and let them go straight out.
Is there a limit on how long I stream?
Fair use is 100 monitored stream hours a month, and it is the same on both sizes. It is an abuse backstop, not a meter: if you go past it we tell you and keep serving.
How do I cancel?
