We're there while it happens: We watch the live stream itself. That's a harder thing to build — it's why most tools don't — but it's the only way the clip is ready when the moment is still worth posting.
Most of the stream doesn't make it: Cutting everything is easy and useless. The work is throwing things away: the engine watches far more candidate moments than it ever delivers, and the difference between those two numbers is the entire product.
