ClipHouz watches your live stream while it is happening, cuts short clips from it, and publishes those clips to social accounts you have connected. We aim to publish up to three clips a day, per connected channel, on days you stream. That is a target, not a guaranteed quantity — how much a stream yields depends on the stream.
We do not promise views, reach, followers, engagement, or growth of any kind, and nothing we say anywhere should be read as promising them. What we commit to is that the service runs and posts.
You connect accounts you already own and control, using each platform's own authorisation flow. ClipHouz never creates, holds, or operates an account on your behalf, and we never ask for or store your passwords.
You can revoke our access at any time from the platform itself or from your ClipHouz settings. When you do, we stop posting. Anything already published stays published unless you remove it — it is on your account, and it is yours to keep or delete.
To do any of this, you grant ClipHouz a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable licence to receive, record, process, edit, reformat, caption and publish portions of your live broadcasts, for the purpose of providing the service to you. This licence exists so that we can do the job you are paying us for, and for no other purpose.
You keep ownership of your content. We do not claim it, we do not resell it, and we do not licence it onward to anyone else. The licence ends when you end your subscription, except for clips already published to your own accounts, which are simply yours.
You confirm you have the right to grant this — that the broadcast is yours, and that publishing clips of it will not infringe someone else's rights. If your stream contains material you do not have the right to redistribute, that remains your responsibility, not ours.
The subscription covers monitoring up to 100 hours of live stream per month. This is a fair-use ceiling, not a meter: almost nobody reaches it, and we are not going to nickel-and-dime you near the line.
If you are consistently well past it, we will contact you and work something out before we change anything. We will not silently stop monitoring you or bill you for overage you did not agree to.
$79 per month for one connected channel, or $149 per month for 3, billed at the time you subscribe and monthly thereafter. Billing is processed by Whop; your card details never reach us.
Cancel any month in one click. Cancelling stops the next charge and the service runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Full refund within 7 days of your first delivered clip, or 30 days of purchase, whichever comes first — see refunds, which states the same window and is part of these terms.
Do not use ClipHouz to publish content that is illegal, that infringes someone else's rights, or that breaks the rules of the platform it is being posted to. Do not use it to publish someone else's broadcast as if it were yours.
You are responsible for what goes out on your accounts. By default you approve each clip before it publishes; if you switch on auto-approve, you are choosing to publish without reviewing first, and that choice is yours.
We depend on live platforms and publishing APIs we do not control. A stream we cannot capture, an outage at a platform, or an API that changes without warning can mean a stream is missed. We will tell you when that happens rather than let you find out from an empty feed.
We do not offer an uptime guarantee and the service is provided as-is. If we have materially failed to deliver — missed streams we should have caught, or a month you could not use because of us — write in and we will make it right, including refunding past the standard window where that is the fair answer.
What we collect, why, and how to get rid of it is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
You can leave whenever you like. We may end an account that is being used to break section 06, or where we are required to. If we end your account and you have not broken these terms, we refund the unused part of the month.
If we change something that materially affects you — price, fair use, or what rights you are granting — we will tell you before it takes effect, and you can cancel rather than accept it. We are not going to change the deal by quietly editing this page.
ClipHouz is a trading name of The Saint Agency LC, a Georgia company doing business as ClipHouz. When these terms say “we” or “us”, that is the company you are contracting with.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute goes to the state or federal courts sitting in Georgia. We offer the service in the United States, the EU and the UK — see the privacy policy §12 for what serving the EU and UK adds on top of everything in this document.
Registered address: 1441 Woodmont Lane NW, Unit 297, Atlanta, GA 30318.
If we get something wrong, what you can recover from us is capped at what you paid us in the three months before the problem. We are not liable for indirect losses — lost followers, lost sponsorship, lost revenue, or the value of a moment that did not get clipped. Section 07 already says we do not guarantee uptime, and we have never promised reach.
None of that limits anything the law does not let us limit, including our own fraud or wilful misconduct. If a court decides one part of these terms does not hold, the rest still does.
